Finding the right home inspector to work for you and your clients weather it be for the buyer, the seller or you, you want to be sure your inspector isn’t going to raise and sound the alarms to scare anyone from a potential deal.

We take an approach that is completely opposite. We like to create a relaxed, informative, non threatening environment that shows the clients all the really good points first. Once we have covered a few good points then we gently cover any deficiencies and explain “that even though there may be some issues (large or small) anything can be fixed.”

If we can, we will walk the client and you through what is happening with the house and explain (in simple terms) why things are the way they are, what we think is causing it and what needs to happen in order to move forward.

Reports are generated that day or within a 24 hour period and any questions or concerns are addressed along the way. The reports also come with our extensive list of contacts for Trades, for any renovations or repairs the client may want or need, as well as city links for property lines, sewer, water etc as well as a home maintenance manual.
